When leading distilled spirits and food ingredients producer MGP Ingredients chose to move to be closer to Kansas City, they enlisted the help of Helix, renowned A&D firm, to create their dream office space.

MGP Ingredients, which started as a single grain belt distillery in the 1940s, now operates distilleries all across the world as a supplier of premium distilled spirits, specialty wheat proteins, starches and much more. From partnering with global brands to supporting small startups, their innovation in the food science industry has led to the creation of some of the finest whiskeys, ryes, bourbons, gins and vodkas in the world.
Helix and Senior Interior Designer, Jessica Irons, were tasked with designing an office that seamlessly blended comfortable private offices with dynamic collaboration spaces and an inviting entertaining area to host clients and partners.
The warm tones and textures of wood woven throughout this new space were inspired by the colors of whiskey and other MGP ingredients.
