We are fortunate to have a progressive Human Resources professional in Darla who advocates for our people while challenging the status quo. Darla’s leadership has strengthened our positive culture, making Hightower a place where all our team players feel empowered to “bring their individual genius to the table.” 

A business grad from Indiana University with a Masters degree in Organizational Development, Darla focuses her attention on being a strategic business partner with our CEO and leadership team to help align our company’s people and processes.
