“We ask ourselves, ‘Would we use this piece in our offices? What other products would pair well with it?’”
Having led sales for major A+D firms in New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, Natalie is thrilled to be back in Seattle committed to fostering creativity internally and externally for Hightower. A University of Washington grad with a degree in International Economics, Natalie has been integrally involved in the development and growth of our company since the beginning. Natalie’s passion for education and personalized development equipped her to create a platform of superior customer service and our teams continue to lean into these principles every day. Natalie champions involvement with the design community through membership in associations such as IIDA, believing these affiliations are foundational to the vitality of our relationship-based industry.
Along with co-founder Rachel Hartkopf, Natalie works closely with our global designers to identify unique, fresh, and functional pieces which are then manufactured in the US; a model that sets Hightower apart while setting up interior designers to stand out in a highly competitive field.
